Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and belong to you or be submitted with the owner's permission.
Programs and Registration
- All program registrations are subject to acceptance by Ghana Study Abroad and our travel partner. We reserve the right to decline any registration at our discretion.
- Program details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Tour destinations and activities may vary based on final travel dates, itinerary, availability, and group arrangements. Published itineraries are representative, not guaranteed.
- Each traveler is responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining any required visa, and meeting Ghana's health entry requirements, including yellow fever vaccination. We provide guidance, but the responsibility for valid travel documents rests with the traveler.
Payment and Cancellation
- Program fees, deposit schedules, and cancellation terms are stated in your program registration materials, which control over any summary on this website.
- In the event of a chargeback made in violation of agreed terms, you are responsible for all applicable fees and costs.
Travel and Third Parties
- Travel dates and logistics are estimates and may be affected by airlines, ground operators, weather, or other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by third parties or force majeure events.
- Travel and medical insurance is required for program participation.
Photography and Marketing
Group travel is documented. By participating in a program, you grant Ghana Study Abroad the right to use photographs and video taken during program activities — which may include your likeness — to describe and promote our programs on our website, social media, and printed materials. If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, tell us in writing before your trip and we will honor it.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and may not be reused without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
